Did I miscarry?

So I should be about 6 weeks & 3 days today. But I think last night I had a miscarriage. I was bleeding like I was on my period for a week & a half. It started out as spotting and gradually got heavier.. I'm sorry for getting too graphic, but I need help. I experienced cramps... on some occasions they were really bad & then they'd go away. Other occasions they just felt like period cramps. Last night I went to use the bathroom & sat down and felt something slide down my thigh. I wiped it up and it was a huge red glob. Not a blood clot though.. I can't really explain it. I then felt more stuff come out of me and went to wipe it. It was another huge red glob. The more I wipe the more of these bits and pieces come out. My breasts no longer hurt, and I haven't experienced any kind of nausea. I'm still bleeding, and when I use the bathroom I keep wiping up blood clots. Can someone please tell me what this is?
