Adam ruins everything...

Has anyone you seen then YouTube episode of Adam ruins everything- Why formula isn't poison. ? What are your thoughts on this episode? As an EBF momma I felt a little insulted. I suppose I shouldn't have but I felt like they made it seem like all the hard work you put into breastfeeding is all for nothing. And I personally do not find that true. So context for those who have not seen it is: There is no diffrence between the two. It states that any evidence that breast milk is better is just not backed or true. It states that oxytocin released during breastfeeding can easily obtained by simply cuddling, shooting a gun, or watching porn. It kinda made it come off that there are NO added benefits to breastfeeding.
