Daycare or Nanny?

Question

We already have her signed up for daycare however we have a woman we really like that is interested in nanny for us. She already watches and house sits our 6 animals when we are gone and she has raised 3 daughters of her own. She’s a neat freak “which I love” and would do cleaning and be able to watch out animals all day and pick up groceries. Thoughts? Thanks

If I could afford a nanny and had the video/audio set up I would go that route but they’re just too expensive. Daycare it is!

If it was me I would choose a nanny and have cameras with audio in my house 100%

Nanny all the way! I nannied In college and I was able to provide the kids 1 on 1 attention in their own home. The parents didn’t have to worry about germs or illnesses from a daycare. Plus no matter how you try to sway it, daycares just can’t always meet an infants needs when there’s so many of them in the same center. If I wasn’t a sahm I’d definitely get a nanny.
