Help please
FTM I have no idea what I’m supposed to be feeling but I’m having period like cramps that are pretty constant. I tried timing them but they’ve pretty much just stayed the same. It’s been like this for a few hours now. Are these contractions or just my body getting ready? Stomach is pretty hard and LO not moving too much.
