A breast lift?

I’m 18 I have big boobs I’m a 38 D so yea they sag, I get a lot of hateful comments about my boobs because they aren’t perky. I wanna get a breast lift but I heard they don’t last forever so I don’t know what to do

Getting a lift so young and before kids would be a waste. I used to work for a plastic surgeon and he would recommend waiting until after kids at least do to a lift.

Honestly, I’d say wait a while. At 18 our bodies haven’t finished developing yet, there’s still a lot left to happen. Most surgeons will recommend that you wait until after you’ve had a child because its completely pointless to do it beforehand. Trust me, I’m pregnant now (I’m also 18) and the way my body has changed is crazy! Ultimately it’s your decision, but you’re right they don’t last very long and it can also be very very expensive, a lot of people end up in ridiculous amounts of debt from these procedures. I’d wait until after you’ve had a child (if you plan to have one), see how your body changes naturally and then if you still really want to do it, then do it - but do it for YOU. Only do it if it’s what you truly want, don’t do it for anyone else!

My breasts are literally not even the same ones I had at 18... you’re body is still growing and changing. Give yourself some time. Just be confident in your own body. Big boobs will sag.. it’s gravity and it’s life. Anyone saying anything to you is jealous cause you got some big old titties. Tell them to fuck off and then slap them with one of your boobs. Maybe it’ll knock them out 🤷🏻‍♀️

Screw those people. I’ve had large breasts for years and my nipples pretty much point to the floor. But I don’t care about those people’s comments. It don’t bother me and I am confident in my body. Your boobs will change when or if you chose to have kids. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Okay sweetie, here's the deal. I'm young too,  21, and I have 48 DDD and have a 5 year old child I breast breastfed. I bet you already got a pretty decent image of them right? they're not the worst I've ever seen,  but I've had a lot if trouble accepting them. I have had good days and bad days with them. I've had comments made,  usually by guys our ages or around, and they aren't always the nicest. However. My current boyfriend is in love with them,  so much so that he has issues with the lights on and seeing them while we're intimate. My point is, your cha-chas are absolutely fine, and unless they truly make you unhappy,  you needn't change them. Many women would kill for our cup sizes (maybe not mine, but yours for sure)and you should be proud of them. Not everyone's boobies stay perfect forever anyways, gravity spares nobody. And, like these other, ladies have said, if you ever want children later in life,  they'll get bigger and change anyways so it's best to let your body grow the way it needs to first. Personally, I'm rather foul mouthed so I say : FUCK EM. A real man (or woman,  I don't judge ) will appreciate them as they are and worship your body the way it should be !

Why are you worried about your families comments, about your breasts? Natural heavy breasts sag and that’s just normal. Invest in a great bra and live your life girl. Tell your family to stay out of your shirt, the only persons who should be worried about your breasts are you and whatever partner you have (which if they have anything to say about whether they’re perky or not, then they’re too immature anyway).
