Cysts in baby’s kidney

Hi I’m 28 weeks with baby #2. And at 20 weeks our baby shown to have cysts on its left kidney. So I went to see the high risk team, and now they are bigger.

The babies left kidney has 28mls if fluid and about 6 cysts in it, where as the right is completely normal with 3ml if fluid and zero cysts.

It’s NOT polycystic kidneys.

It’s multi-cystic kidneys

Has anyone has this happen before? What was the outcome.
