2nd degree tear

I had a second degree tear from delivery that was sutured. I was feeling great and then 5 days after delivery I was really sore down there and saw some of the sutures when I wiped when I went to the bathroom. I went to the ob and she said that it completely opened. She resutured jist the inside a week after delivery. I went 2 weeks later and it wasn’t healed and I just went 6 weeks later and she said it’s still not healed. I can completely see the tear as it is not closed and the inside is all open as well. I don’t even recognize what I’m looking at anymore.... before she talked about possible surgery to repair for cosmetic looks! However the urine burns the tear, I am still really sore down there and it hurts to just get up off the ground. Anyone else have something like this happen??
