pain after sex tmi

My husband has been experiencing some pain in the head/tip of his penis after we have sex . he says it sensitive after he ejaculates inside me so I have to move carefully. he says it doesn't hurt when we just do oral. I don't post on here often but he won't go to the Dr and he says he is fine. I want him to enjoy sex I don't want him to be in pain. keep in mind we've been married a while this issue just came up within this past year.

Anyone know what could cause this?
