No period for 2 months??

I haven't had any periods in the past two months and I haven't been wearing my birth control patch. I don't have really any symptoms that make me feel truly pregnant yet. All test come back negative so im gonna take another one in a week. i hope im pregnant we been trying for half a year almost and every time my period comes it's a disappointment. if I am im terrified because I've miscarried twice before. Comment some symptoms besides tummy aches and feeling like you're gonna throw up (I have stomach problems so I get stomach aches alot) my last pregnancies I had tender breast but that was all I had luckily. I miscarried at 5 months both times. what are some other symptoms to look for?
