Constant Tight Feeling In Stomach After Steroids?

I had steroid injected on Tuesday and Wednesday due to my baby's growth slowing, just in case they need to take her early. I'm 28 weeks.

Ever since then, I haven't had a BM & my stomach feels sooo full and bloated. It feels like if you poked it with a pin, I would pop, and have the biggest relief on the planet. My stomach constantly feels tight and hard on the sides now. I've been having trouble eating, bc even though I feel hungry, I feel like I couldn't stuff another thing in my stomach.

Has anyone had any experiences like this? Not sure if I should be concerned.
