what are your thoughts

second pregnancy and im getting stomach aches. not excruciating and not like cramps. i feel like maybe it could be from the food im eating. my foods not digesting properly. im not sure. some nights i cant even sleep on my belly. only 9 weeks along. i have a doctors appointment in the morning to get a medical opinion. had a scan at 6 weeks and all was great. just wondering if anyone has experienced this? i only ever really got cramps with my daughter. thanks ladies x
