At how many weeks pregnant did you start noticing you were leaking from your breasts or producing your first lactation milk? Or was it post-partum?

my Dr told me that it was very very rare but I started lactation like quarter size wet spots in my shirts before my hcg was even enough to show up on a pregnancy test.

I was 20 weeks in my 4th pregnancy when I started leaking colostrum. And I’ve been leaking colostrum in this pregnancy (5th) since about 26 weeks. Your body won’t produce milk until after the placenta detaches once baby is born. It takes up to 5 days after baby is born. The more you do skin to skin, the faster it should come in.
