I’ve been doing it 3 times a week for about 3 years but my sister freaked me out that it was dangerous in early pregnancy?

You can continue, you just have to watch how hot you get (try not to overheat) otherwise exercise is full recommend during pregnancy. Being pregnant is not a disability

I’m a qualified personal trainer. If it’s something you’ve been doing beforehand then it’s perfectly okay :)  there’s so many ifs and buts that I can’t be bothered going into, but if you’re comfortable then yes. If you get dizzy or out of breath, simply slow down. Good luck.

I agree that it’s fine as long as your body is already used to it and don’t get too hot or heart rate too high. If you’re still worried, ask your obstetrician.

Yeah, you can do anything you're already used to doing. Just try not to let your body temperature get too high, and after you start getting a belly, just be careful to avoid activities that pose a high risk of falls.

My doctor has encouraged me to continue working out. My workouts are pretty similar to a typical boot camp, combination of strength and cardio training. Just make sure to listen to your body, as you always should. And don’t be surprised if you aren’t able to push yourself quite as hard as before.
