what do I do ?? (HELPP)
okay so I'm 15 and I weight 173 and I'm lazy . I'll say to myself no more snacks for a week and if I see snacks I'll eat it . I can't help I love food . one minute I'm serious about loosing weight and eating healthy than once I see my favorite
food I'm not serious . is it kind of sad that my mom weights less than me (127) and I'm 173. she's greedy like me but she won't gain any weight I'm the one getting fat 😐😐😐
