I think I'm pregnant(not my 1st pregnanacy)

I think and feel pregnant hubby and I have been trying and keeping track of periods and ovulation but now I'm wondering if the symptoms are in my head technically speaking implantion would have only happened yesterday or today I don't usually get any spotting but have felt bloated and light cramping yesterday and today anyone else feels pregnant straught away and it turn out to be positive or negative and when should I test? thanks
