We have been TTC for almost 6 months now. if that can cause harm to this process I Would just like to know. . .

The only way it could possibly effect fertility is if you giving him a blow job resulted in him ejaculating, then he would need a full 24 hours to produce new fertile sperm, so if that's happening frequently, it can make the semen he's ejaculating during sex less effective. (This is why they suggest BD'ing every other day, vs every day when TTC)
