How to get over a two year relationship when you still live together!?

Okay ladies, any advice or positivity would be greatly appreciated! I had been with my boyfriend for a little over two years. We moved in together almost a year ago and two nights ago he decides it’s not what he wants anymore and he thinks I need to be on my own for a little bit (I’ve never been on my own) and mature. And he doesn’t want to but he thinks it’s best and m that I should move out! I’m in the process of packing but I work in a mall and at this time of year it’s just not possible to be out so quickly. I love him and every time my phone makes a noise or he comes home all I wanna do is talk to him. But I’m staying in the bedroom while he’s on the couch and trying to steer clear! This is my first real relationship. And I feel very nauseous and always wanna sleep. I know it’ll take time but any positive stories or thoughts are greatly appreciated! Because I’m struggling 😩
