Ovulation spotting?

So last month I had my period from Nov. 9-13... I tried tracking my ovulation but I never got a positive but I also didn’t know (until couple days ago) that I had to hold my pee for couple hours before testing .. so I just stopped tracking and I was like oh screw it ... in dec 2&3 I had light pink spotting with mild cramps according to glow I had to start my period the dec. 8th which was late until today which I started spotting light pinkish with horrible cramps. My question is do you guys think I could’ve ovulated the 2nd or 3rd when I had the pink spotting? I don’t remember spotting before my period ever.
