So confused

Has anyone ever had this experience? Yesterday I took 2 test and they both came out positive. Today I go to the doctors office and they say that the test is negative. Not to mention Im 4 days late. The doctor is going to send me for some blood work. I feel so crushed in the inside because I told my husband who was so happy. I also told 2 of my close co-workers who were also happy for me. I'm just going keep my month closed until I get the blood work done.
