Ideas please

I have my first sonogram the 21st. Me and my husband have not told our parents because we felt like we hurt them from my last mc so we been holding it in since then till i get my first sonogram picture and so far ive made it pretty far in this pregnancy. On Christmas day we plan to make some type of suprise gift gift to give to both of them but we kinda need ideas of how to do it we have been married only 5 months he is 19 im 20 this will be our very first baby so any ideas would be appreciated thank you! 😊
