raw perinium?

so the area between my anus and vagina has been bothering me the last few days. if pee hit the area while urinating it becomes very sore and burns. and if it becomes moist during the day it begins to burn/itch. there are a few small bumps that resemble ingrown hairs. the entire area is very dry and raw in a few spots. what could this be? and how should i go about treating it? i’m 17 and neither my bf nor i have any STDs as of our last tests so we shouldn’t now either. this has been going on about a week.
