Cold and headache?? 36 weeks

Hey there! Thanks for taking the time to read this. Im going to be 36 weeks tomorrow, and last night I was having the worst BH contractions at around 5:25AM. They wore off and then today I had bad back pain and gotten what I consider a co. My head is aching (and it rarely happens to me, pregnant or not), my body feels weak and my nose is stuffed. And I had to remove my contacts because they were making everything worse and I vomited a little. I’m just a little worried if this means anything or if it’s fine? TIA! 💕any insight will be appreciated. (ps- no gestational diabetes and nothing about preeclampsia was mentioned at any of my appointments.)
