I am 4 days late, I’ve been having mild constant cramps, they feel like period cramps. Took a pregnancy test and it was negative??

I’m 2 weeks late. Cycle day 43 for me. I was having mild cramping. Not big cramps but still and I took a test and it was negative 😔

Could be either at this point.  I had period like cramps around the time I was suppose to start but I was pregnant.  But that doesn't mean it couldn't be aunt flow either.
