the hell of a tww

So, DH and I have been ttc for a little over a year and a half. Right now I'm in my tww and I think this is my worst wait yet. I'm 5 dpo and have had lots of firsts since I ovulated and I feel like I am getting my hopes up. 2-3 dpo I was spotting, never happened before. 3 dpo I got a uti, my first one since I was like 5 years old. Now at 5 dpo I have a yeast infection. Anyone have any idea why the 3 things all of a sudden?
