Bruised feeling in breast
I breastfeed (mostly exclusively) but some days I pump so that the nights my husband is home he can bond and feed our son.
Whenever I pump I get engorged, and I must have had a blocked duct but now that it’s passed, my breast feels incredibly bruised.
I have no pain nursing, no lumps, no signs of anything except the serious tenderness from the once engorged side. Has anyone else felt like this post clogged duct/engorgement?
