TMI why is pooping so terrible

I seriously can catch a break with this pregnancy. I have HG, so because of the lack of fluids I get super constipated. Then all of a sudden last week I have severe diarrhea which isn’t good when I’m already dehydrated. Now I’m super constipated AGAIN!! I have pooped in 5 days and I’ve been sitting in the bathroom the last hour because I feel like I need to go but I can’t push to hard because I get hemerriods. Seriously I just want to poop like a normal human. Sorry for the rant I’m just frustrated.
