Juice Diet...
Has anyone tried a juice diet? If so, how did it make you feel? Did you loose weight? Did it stop you from craving fatty foods after?
I’ve just started a juice diet today. 5 juices a day starting the morning off with hot water and lemon. Then I have a guide to choose if I wanna go green orange or red ( then tells you what fruit and veg you need to blend to make the juice)
I want to loose a bit of weight doing this, I’m going to do it for 5 days then 2 days eating healthy. Then continue doing this but make it a day less each week then stick to doing it 2 days a week kind of like fasting days.

As to why I’m doing this, I need to loose 2 stone for my gynaecologist to give me clomid. I’ve already lost 3 kg in just exercising and eating healthy.
Now trying this juice diet out.. 😁
