TTC Vitamins, Herbs, & Hormones

After doing a ton of research I am preparing my body by taking a good prenatal vitamin, DHEA, Vitex, Cq10, Folic Acid, and Royal Jelly Daily. Cutting out caffeine & drinking lots of water. I don't drink alcohol or smoke so I am good in those areas, I do however need to exercise more so I will add an easy going 30 minute workout to each day too. I have also cut down my sugar intake significantly and will be eating fruits instead of candy. How are you all doing? Do you have any other suggestions?

Those are all great steps! Be patient with your new regimen. Could take 3-4 months to make a difference. Your SO should also take vitamins.

I am taking a prenatal & drinking Shakeology daily so I think I am probably good on vitamins. I was thinking of a little more Vitamin C too though? What vitamins where you thinking of?

I take Cod Liver Oil to get my DHA... along with a whole food organic prenatal. I generally eat healthy but I’ve added a “salad & fruit a day” rule that’s very easy to honor. I enjoy exercise so I also get a minimum 30 minute daily workout. On top of that, I do guided meditations at night... the topic varies like; fertility, positive thoughts, letting go of control. Mentally I think it’s important to relax and not dwell on the process so I enjoy listening to audible books... stories like Don Quixote. While I had a MC, I also got pregnant fast (less than 2 months) so I hope I’m doing things right. We just started TTC again so only time will tell. Best Wishes!
