Lack of symptoms

So I'm 7 weeks today. Had a TV ultrasound at 5 weeks 5 days where towards the end of the scan we saw a little heart beat. I've had a few symptoms like achy boobs, occasional nausea, going to the toilet more often and feeling extremely tired all the time. However, today I have literally no symptoms at all. Boobs have stopped aching and nausea has completely gone. Is this normal? Don't get to see our little peanut again for another 5/6 weeks so I'm hoping everything is okay. Anyone else had this and things turned out to be completely okay?
