Estrogen level high

I had a blood work and ultrasound on Saturday and the nurse called me in the afternoon and said my estrogen level is 277 and I have a cyst. They don't want me to start the injectable this cycle. I'm very pissed because this month I wanted to try IUI. Now I have to wait one month or even more for this cyst to clear up. No other instruction was provided by the RE just call them on my next cycle. Anyone had similar experience. Please share. I'm going to try naturally this month, but I read that you don't ovulate when you have a cyst. Thanks ladies!
