L&D or no?

So I don't want to be one of those patients who runs to the hospital or doctor every time something is bothering me.. but I would also rather me safe than sorry.

I'm 22w6d and I've been having pain like something is punching my cervix on and off.. and I've had a terrible backache for 3 days now. No cramps in my abdomen or anything just down low, near my cervix. And baby hasn't been very active these last 3 days but I also know it's still too early to count kicks. I called my OB and he's in surgery today, so I spoke with the nurse and she said my cervix measured good at 19w6d and that it's probably round ligament pain or the position baby is in. And I'm fine as long as I'm not bleeding. She did advise if it gets worse or keeps having to go to L&D; to be checked. I have an appointment with my OB December 27th, should I just try to wait till then or should i go this evening to be checked since it's still happening? I just don't want to lose my little girl, she's my rainbow.
