Do you ladies drink alcohol or coffee while trying to conceive? I’m carefully monitoring everything I do, but not sure whether Quitting coffee and alcohol is a big deal. 
I’m 36 now while trying to conceive our 3rd. Versus 28 and 31.

i was drinking 4 days before i got my bfp.   i say live your life like you arent ttc until you get that second line.  takes the stress off of you.

Gosh yes, I did. I love my morning coffee with cream! If it’s any consolation, we just conceived and I am 35 now. It took us four cycles. You’ll get there! 😊

Yes I have to have my coffee to help me adult in the morning😊 and a glass of wine ever so often when it gets crazy at work. I'm also trying for my 3rd, I have a 13 year old and a 10 year old. Without these two beverages I would be crazy!
