Any ideas on how to combat such an issue? More embarrassing then anything lol.

I’ve suffered from chronic yeast infections as well as the random bacterial vaginosis (BV) infections since I was in my early teens. You get them often enough, you can tell the difference of what infection you have. I honestly haven’t discovered a way to prevent them, but they do say wearing protection can help, although I have gotten them with that as well. It could be a mixture of things that cause an infection, like using strong soap down there, wiping the wrong direction or just a random off-balance pH. I take acidophilus on a daily basis to try and help keep things in check down there and I’d highly recommend that. And a random tip: if you’re like me and get yeast infections from antibiotics, inform your physician and they will prescribe you a medication to take to get rid of the yeast infection (since antibiotics kill both the good and bad bacteria). Also always pee after sex to avoid a UTI. I feel like I’m forgetting something, but I hope at least something here helps. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. I’ve been dealing with this for almost 2 decades now.

pH imbalance is the WORST. Sex isn’t worth that pain and the feeling that my body isn’t happy. I use condoms to prevent it.

Omg. Yes i get it. Almost every single time. I got so sick of it. And i started peeing after sex and taking a probiotic pill everyday made my rePHresh it’s like $30 but I’ve noticed a difference after taking it. I feel your frustration 🙄😩😔
