Baby movement 19wks

How often are u supposed to feel baby to do kick counts at 19 weeks?

I’ve definitely felt it these past few days but more down there right above vagina...little jabs r like quick strikes of something not pain but noticeable so I’m pretty sure it’s the baby but it’s not all throughout day and it makes me nervous when I don’t feel it for a while.

How often should I be feeling these jabs to be reassured?
