Weird bumps ?

I have gone to my Obgyn about this. She says I definitely don’t have an STD and that they are infected hair follicles. She basically told me to used a bikini trimmer or to avoid shaving. Anyone else have this ? Basically bumps that appear here and there sometimes with pus..

it's incredibly common for this to occur with men and women who shave. Only use a personal trimmer. Or if you absolutely must shave you need to exfoliate before shaving and always use a new razor

I have eczema, and I get bumps on my hands and feet that hurt and are filled with pus. That's the only type of bumps I get.
