I was being stupid and cut myself, I don't know if I'm overreacting, I thought I was fine but when my friend saw it she freaked out saying I need stitches..

help?

No you don’t need stitches. Keep the wound clean. Don’t cut yourself there are other ways to deal with your problems. Tell someone you trust and try see a psychologist
