Pregnitude?

Has anyone ever tried Pregnitude? I just started it today after reading amazing reviews on Amazon. I'm really hoping this works and helps me get that BFP. TTC for 8 months now for baby #2 and staying hopefully is getting very hard at this point 😫

I tried it for this passed month I’m supposed to start AF sat.  Had a light blood on my tier paper this morning but then went away and period hasn’t come yet. Hoping it was implantation bleeding.
I is t have any bad side effects with it. My nails seem a lot longer and stronger so it’s gotta be doing something bc I have the most brittle nails.
