URGENT HELP!

Ok so I’m a virgin, I went to this party and did stuff with a boy only oral I think(I did stuff to him, I didn’t take my clothes off), I remember literally the whole night. 2 days later I had my period? Now I had been waiting for my period for like 3 whole months so I could be a coincidence but I got scared, now my periods are usually 2-3 months apart anyway, and earlier I went to the toilet and I had brownish period blood so I think I came back on, I’ve done 2 pregnancy tests and they were both negative. I have also had really sore nipples and acne recently. Bare it in mind I overthink a lot, so pls could someone help, thank u! Xxx
