Am I pregnant

So I’ve been with my boyfriend for three years now, 5 days ago we had unprotected sex. He 110% did not cum inside of me and apparently pre ejaculate cannot get you pregnant. Last night I experienced what seemed to be menstrual cramps but my period is due in around 9 days? Is this normal? My breasts are slightly sore but this usually happens around the time of my period. Could my period just be coming early? Is it normal to experience cramps 9 days before as I heard this may be a sign of pregnancy? Should I take a test asap or if my period comes late? Please help!!!!
