Miscarriage?

so this morning about 2 am (I work nights so I was at work) I had some light pink spotting, only enough that it showed when I wiped only. then when I got home from work around 8 it happened a gain. about 9 I had some cramps way down in my pelvic area but no more spotting. it seems now the cramps are gone and still no more bleeding. are these signs of a miscarraige? I am 5w1d today and this is my first pregnancy so I am clueless. thanks.

Cramping is really common at this stage and even spotting; I can't tell you if it is or isn't normal for you; but when in doubt get vexed out!

That sounds about like how my miscarriage started, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that’s what’s happening to you. Before I miscarried, the Dr. told me those symptoms weren’t anything to worry about too much (until I started bleeding and cramping heavily, which I did).

Two days ago I experienced the worst pain in my life.  I haven’t had my period in about two months but it’s always been The regular ever since I got off birth-control. I thought I started my period two days ago.. I started off spotting and it was peak a few hours later I am bleeding so bad that I put a tampon in into minutes later I had blood running down my thighs. I took a picture and send it to my best friend because were very close and she noticed blood clots in my Blood. I didn’t know I was pregnant but she thinks it was a miscarriage and so is my boyfriend. I don’t know how to react to it I just feel broken. I read you don’t have to go to the hospital after but I feel like I still need to. I was in the worst pain I have ever experienced in my entire life. I thought it was really bad cramps but then I got way too out of hand and I started bleeding and bleeding bleeding. Do y’all think it was a miscarriage and if I should go to the hospital. I also work nights so it was hard at the time to go because I had to be into work at 11 it was around seven and my work you can’t call out because I’m in nursing. So waiting for the pain to pass it took all the way until one in the morning even while I’m at work I was crying my eyes out. The bleeding stopped and the pain went away and I haven’t had pain since but I’m still kind of bleeding just not as bad so what do y’all think it is and you think I should still go to the hospital?

That happened to me too, 4 times different days, just lite and only when I wiped. My doc said its normal, nothing to worry about. We’ll have light bleeding from time to time until our due date, as long as it doesn’t soak ur liners, u are good. Do not think about miscarriage, just keep praying that everything will be fine. This is my first pregnancy ad well via Ivf. Good luck! And have a healthy 9 months!

This is how my first Miscarriage started. My second miscarriage I had spotting one night then nothing but when I went for scan a few weeks later I had missed miscarriage.  
I’m now pregnant with my rainbow have had occasional spotting - usually after a bm
