Bleeding After Losing Virginity

So today I lost my virginity to my boyfriend of 10 months (yay!!). However, he only made it half way in because the pain was excruciating and I told him I couldn’t take it any further. I’ve used tampons and my hymen has been broken before today but afterwards he fingered me (tmi i know) and had blood covering his fingers. It’s still spotting 7 hours afterward. Do any of you guys know what could this be and if I need to be concerned???
