Stupidest rant

I have the stupidest rant that makes me feel so guilty.

My mother in law goes absolutely bananas over Christmas gifts. She buys so much and thinks that that’s how she shows her love. She means so well but it’s way too much. My husband and I can never give our daughter that much or even back to them. It makes me almost sick just seeing all the presents in a mountain.

I tell her all the time that she doesn’t need to give so many presents. She could donate some toys or donate all this money they make so they can feel good about themselves. We will end up donating a ton of this stuff after she stops expecting to see the toys in our house. It’s ridiculous. I feel stupid ranting about this. Other people need this stuff more than we do.
