Has anyone else had these symptoms and got a BFP?!?

I'm currently 11dpo and really hoping I have a bfp new years eve (af due Jan 1St). Been cramping for almost a week now (with super light spotting here and there once every couple to three days since 6dpo) but today it's almost like pre-period cramps so my hopes aren't so high this month. I tested at 8dpo (boyfriend was bugging me to so I did it for his amusement)and got my expected bfn. Also today I woke up and instantly within 5 mins of being awake puked everywhere, the weird thing is I dont feel sick (no fever no tummy ache no fecal symptoms nothing) so 🤷 I know it's pretty early to be having symptoms, but has anyone else had these symptoms and got a bfp?
