HELP IS ANYONE ALIVE OUT THERE

TMI! I’m on some like whole body sick type of shit. Shits (5x in <24hrs)

Okay so like the whole thing got deleted FML. I’ve been throwin up, chills when is hot. Sweating when it’s cold. Dry mouth. Pretty sure I have an STD. Splotches in my throat no soreness just swollen tonsils. On top of that all I’m on my period and extremely emotional and hungry. But I can’t eat bc I’ll throw up. I have horrid headaches none stop. Hella bad vertigo. I sleep whenever I’m not in the bathroom. My whole body aches. I’ve scheduled an appt. but has anyone felt w/ all of this at once like wtf is happening to me. HAAALLLPPP
