No Period for Two Months - Maybe PCOS?

Hi guys, looking for some advice here. So the last period I had was in October. I'm not sexually active (Im a virgin) and I'm not on any form of birth control. I have never skipped a period before like this. My cycles are somewhat irregular, but not to this extent. I know i shouldn't and can't self diagnose but Im wondering if i might have PCOS. I did a little research on it, and I have one the key symptoms, acne. I know lots of factors can cause my period to be late, and i will go to the doctor as soon as i can but I'm just curious if anyone has a similar experience or any advice.
