Not orgasming

Iv been masturbating for a year or two now. About a year ago I was masturbating and squirted for the fist time and it felt really good.

Never had a orgasm be for that.

But since then as I’m masturbating I squirt before I orgasm and I can’t seem to orgasm and I ever bought a vibrator to try and help.
