Apparently your prenatals should be good enough. Emergence c may put you over for certain vitamins and cause problems as a result.

I only drank some once. Very small amount of it because too much Vitamin C can be bad.

No. Even if god doctor okays it, it’s best to stay away from most everything. Try looking up some natural remedies if it gets bad enough. Maybe join a “natural moms” group on Facebook to learns some tricks of the trade.
