Are there any over the counter tablets you can buy to help with morning sickness?

I don’t have it horrendously (yet!) but I believe it’s on its way, and I want to be prepared. 
I keep eating to hold back the feeling of nausea. 🙈 NOT GOOD! I don’t want to keep gaining weight just because I’m scared of feeling sick. 
Wondered if there’s any tablets I can buy that actually work keep sickness and nausea at bay??

Buy travel sickness bands for your wrists, I didn't have it too bad but when i felt off I worse them and it went away. My friend had awful sickness and swore by them 👍🏼

I had morning sickness (& sorry but for the purpose of being completely honest ‘morning’ and ‘it will stop by 12 weeks’ are sometimes big fat lies....I still feel nauseous some days and it’s week 29 now!) but sour apple sweets really helped me - I bashed them up so they were smaller pieces and had a bit when I needed it - easier than trying to still have normal conversation/work with a massive sweet in your mouth 😂

I found having a chocolate milkshake before bed was good as it kept my blood levels up. Also making sure you snack little and often. Don’t force yourself if you don’t fancy something as that made me sick all the time!!!

I found Lilt to be good for morning sickness. So random but it worked for me. I ate loads and still trying to lose the weight now a year later but I had morning sickness (aka 24/7 sickness) the whole way through my pregnancy and carbs became my best friend! I tried ginger and herbal teas and all sorts but they didn't work for me. I had the travel bands and was still sick but think they helped a little. You'll also find out what makes you feel more sick and what to avoid especially as your sense of smell increases! But I haven't heard of any over the counter medicines but I went to the GP one day as I just couldn't even keep fluids down and she offered me tablets straight away if I wanted them.

All above suggestions are fab- you can also take cyclizine but you’d need to get a prescription from your midwife/GP for that. X
