Pregnancy Rhinitis/sinusitis?

Has anyone had any success treating this?

I’m 26 weeks and have now been sick for a full month. I have an ENT appt, but not for another week. I’m honestly not sure I can make it that long. My nose is so completely blocked that I can hardly even swallow. I can’t sleep. I can’t function. I swear I’m ready to cry bc there just doesn’t seem to be any end in sight.

I’m on round 2 of antibiotics at this point and still feel awful.

I cant do this until April. Saline rinse/spray, humidifier, steamy showers, chiropractor, acupuncture, Vick’s, Flonase.... I have tried EVERYTHING.

HELP!
