This hunger doesn’t stop help!

I’m 8 weeks pregnant and I’m hungry all the time, not that standard lingering hunger feeling it’s this excruciating hunger that feels like I haven’t eaten all day, it almost hurts! I feel like I can’t win if I don’t eat I feel this pain of hunger and then I get super nauseous but if I do eat then I feel not as nauseous but still nauseous then less then 20 mins later I’m starving again. I have no appetite I feel like I’m just shoving food in my mouth ever 20 mins.
